Each year we carefully select their favorite barrels to craft this exquisite blend. This wine shows the best Red Mountain has to offer – Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with Malbec and Petit Verdot to give a deep, rich wine with enough structure to pair beautifully with food, whether you enjoy it tonight or after resting it in the cellar.

As our signature wine, our Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic Red Mountain wine – bold and full of the flavors that make this region so special.

Blue fruit aromas from the Cabernet Sauvignon support and fill out the savory, flinty herbal notes of the Cabernet Franc. This cooler growing site Cabernet Franc has a food friendly, mouth-watering, acid and tannin structure that sings out to you with an invitation to dinner.

A beautiful ruby color, this wine is very fruity with lots of plum and just a hint of characteristic Red Mountain minerality. It is very smooth with a slight texture of tannin on the back. This wine is a real Cab crowd pleaser!
