Celebrate the Harvest Season with us as we kick off our 30th harvest and enjoy an exclusive evening of VIP barrel tasting with the Hightowers, followed by dining under the stars.
Chef JJ Compeau is the owner and winemaker of narratif Winery and a longtime friend of Tim and Kelly Hightower, with a friendship spanning more than 25 years. Their history goes back to the early days of Hightower Cellars, when JJ worked in a wine shop becoming the first person to sell Hightower wines in Eastern Washington.
Today, JJ and the Hightowers continue their partnership as co-owners of The Wine Collaboration in Roslyn, alongside WIT Cellars—a welcoming wine bar and bottle shop that celebrates Washington wine and community.
A passionate advocate for exceptional food and wine pairings, JJ also owns Sip & Savour, a gourmet food truck dedicated to creating memorable culinary experiences. His love of great wine, thoughtfully crafted cuisine, and bringing people together makes him the perfect chef for this special 30th Harvest Dinner.
