By early August, the vineyard is (usually) moving into veraison - when grape clusters begin to change color and the countdown to harvest begins. It's a pivotal moment in the growing season. We'll explore the vineyard, followed by a fresh, seasonal lunch paired with wines that reflect the growing season.
