Each year we carefully select their favorite barrels to craft this exquisite blend. This wine shows the best Red Mountain has to offer – Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Malbec with enough structure to pair beautifully with food, whether you enjoy it tonight or after resting it in the cellar.

After 30 months in barrel, our 100% Estate Malbec remains remarkably smooth and elegant, finishing bright and lifted. Only 47 cases produced.

Here at Hightower, we call Merlot the Queen of Wines—and for good reason. This elegant yet approachable wine shows layers of dark chocolate and spice which unfold into a smooth palate of black cherry, ripe plum, vanilla, and cedar. A true standout, it’s a Merlot that reigns supreme in both complexity and drinkability.

This Syrah brings bold blackberry and black pepper notes, balanced by a hint of spice. It’s smooth and full-bodied without being over the top, making it a versatile red for any gathering.

This easygoing Cab shows off a lovely ruby color and juicy plum flavors, with just a hint of Red Mountain’s earthy character. Smooth and approachable, it finishes with a gentle touch of tannin. A great pick for any occasion, this is a Cabernet everyone can enjoy.

This blend comes from nine different barrels and is composed of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, and 11% Petit Verdot, offering a mix of dark fruit, a touch of herb, and a smooth, balanced finish. Easygoing and versatile, it’s the perfect companion for any meal—or any moment.

A riper expression of Sauvignon Blanc, showing generous honeysuckle layered with hints of stone fruit and a touch of citrus. Excellent with Asian dishes, fresh herbs, and goat cheese—easy, versatile, and very much at home on a summer table. 

A vibrant, elegant Semillon that balances freshness with quiet depth. It is a wine that will shine both on its own and alongside seafood, fresh cheeses, and spring dishes.

This coral-hued rosé brings bright aromas of red currant and strawberry, with a subtle hint of Red Mountain's flinty character. Fermented in neutral oak, it has a smooth, rounded finish that pairs beautifully with everything form light bites to heartier meals.
