Ripe flavors with an enticing nose, hits all the right notes in the mouth, and finishes smooth and satisfying. This wine is unfined and unfiltered, so don’t be surprised (or worried) if you find sediment.

Pepper Bridge Vineyard is one of Pepper Bridge Winery's three estate vineyards located in the Walla Walla Valley Appellation. The original 10 acres were planted in 1991. Since then, the vineyard has been expanded to almost 200 acres (170 acres as of January 2011).
Pepper Bridge Vineyard has gained an outstanding reputation with winemakers throughout the state of Washington and especially the Walla Walla Valley. Tom Waliser was the Vineyard Manager since its inception, retiring in 2023. Jared Brown now manages the acclaimed vineyard. The soils in this vineyard are Walla Walla Silt Loam, which consists of wind-blown glacial loess that is young and full of minerals.
Tim & Kelly Hightower
Tim and Kelly Hightower founded Hightower Cellars in 1997 in Woodinville, Washington with a simple philosophy: "Get the best grapes and don't screw them up." With their grape supply primarily coming from Red Mountain, the husband and wife co-winemaking team set out to make high quality wine, beginning with their first vintage: 221 cases of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Today Tim and Kelly aim to make wine that lets the powerful, concentrated fruit from Red Mountain speak for itself, producing wine with great character, that’s naturally beautiful and free from pretense. The result is a collection of well-balanced, nuanced wines that reveal something new and interesting each time you open a bottle. We like to think they’re wines with character through and through – in how they were made, how they taste, and in the connections they inspire.
